Nataša Dobrinić holds the position of Head of the project management department at RGO Communications Ltd.
Having graduated from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, Nataša starts working at Inland Navigation Development Center Ltd. as office manager and translator, shortly gets promoted to a Project Manager and two years later is awarded the position of Head of the project management department. She was in charge of project implementation of numerous transport sector related projects financed by the IPA programme (South East Europe, CBC HU-HR, CBC HR-BiH, CBC HR-RS), as well as projects financed by the Union Programmes, the Seventh Framework Programme for research, technological development and demonstrative activities - FP7. Nataša was the project manager of NELI (SEE), RISING (FP7), A3S (Adriatic Neighbourhood Programme), while supervising the implementation of Sava Navigo (IPA, CBC HR-BiH), PLATINA (FP7) and numerous commercial projects as the head of the department.
The project management work consists of all necessary steps, starting from project proposal elaboration, project application, contracting proceedings and project implementation:
•project team management;
•project implementation monitoring;
•expenditure forecasting;
•financial management in accordance with the national and EU accounting regulation;
•procurement in accordance with national and PRAG regulations;
•project documentation management in order to facilitate reporting towards the contracting authority and external audits.
Unreserved, approachable, demonstrating strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.

Damir Obad
CroRIS system which would be in line with the EU transport policy. After the project was successfully carried out on the Croatian Danube section, business ventures spread to Europe. Damir’s professional background includes RIS standardization, IT system design, elaboration of technical specifications, implementation and integration of extensive information and telecommunication systems. Within the key expert role, he was involved in RIS implementation in Slovakia, design and integration of the Slovak AIS network (Automatic Identification System). He was also involved in RIS implementation on the Seine River in France as the key expert for system specification, system design and AIS network implementation. Within the scope of the RIS implementation in the Republic of Serbia, Damir was the team leader in charge of implementation of Blade server as well as Lock Management System at Đerdap. Carrying the role of the AIS expert, Damir was in charge of equipment procurement, AIS implementation and integration within RIS implementation in Bulgaria. Within the scope of the Slovak AIS system upgrade, as a team leader, he was responsible for the integration of the radar system as well as the Gabčikovo Lock Management System in the AIS system.
Having the IT expertise, Damir was involved in implementation of numerous EU funded projects: COMPRIS, CB-RIS, Adriatic3S, IRIS Europe, IRIS Europe II. He is a member of numerous European expert groups: Inland ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display Information System), NtS (Notices to Skippers), ERI (Electronic Reporting International), as well as a member of the Negotiating Team for the Accession of the Republic of Croatia (transport).
In his free time, he does free climbing, plays football, badminton and the good old Olympic discipline, Call of Duty.
Damir Obad, M.Sc. in electrical engineering and computing. Having 10 years of professional experience and spearheading Inland Navigation Development Centre Ltd. for the largest part of career, Damir becomes CEO at RGO Communications Ltd. in 2012. He is currently occupying the position of the Chief Technology Officer.
Having initiated the CroRIS project in 2003, Damir may easily be considered a RIS pioneer in Croatia. The project was financed by the Ministry of Sea, Transport and Infrastructure and the intention was to have the RIS implementation synchronized with EU developments in order to provide a standardized and harmonized CroRIS system which would be in line with the EU transport policy.
